Once you have completed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, and once we have packed and shipped your item(s), you will receive a notification and information – again by e-mail.

Returns
We follow the laws and regulations that exist in the field of distance and doorstep selling, the so-called Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. This means that you have a period of 14 days from the date you received the product cancel your purchase, you will then notify us within 14 days and bear the cost of the return of the goods undamaged and unused condition.
