Sterling silver earring with porcelain from the classic "Gröna Anna" collection.
This porcelain jewelry piece is part of a collection of silver jewelry made from recycled porcelain and set in rhodium-plated sterling silver. We craft and polish our jewelry from broken porcelain from both well-known and lesser-known manufacturers; each piece is set in sterling silver. The porcelain bears the marks of years of use, and we have preserved its charm even after years of wear.
Rhodium-plated products retain their original properties for a very long time. They do not darken or oxidize and are resistant to all types of discoloration. Visually, they are darker than the silver version and resemble white gold; our products have two layers, which give them greater durability. 4 µm (micrometers, 0.0004 mm)
Caring for Your Jewelry
Plated jewelry is sensitive to moisture and water, so avoid wearing it while showering. Always remove your jewelry at night and when exercising or playing sports. Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or box when not in use; this will help it stay in good condition longer. If you need to polish your jewelry, use a polishing cloth and avoid polishing agents that contain abrasives, as these can damage the plating.
