It helps regulate when you sleep and wake, helps you think, maintains your mood, and controls your sexual desire.

Remove jewelry when washing your hands, showering or swimming because water and chemicals (especially chlorine) can affect the longevity of the plating.
Put your jewelry on last when getting ready as makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions can affect the beauty and shine of your plating.
To clean your jewelry and restore its shine we recommend wiping gently with a soft cloth or cotton pad. Do not use a polishing agent, silver polishing cloth or abrasive liquids as these will wear away the layers of plating.
