Gotland Big little Island made in sterling silver, laser cut from 0.6 mm silver plate where Gotland is about 15 mm high available as rhodium plated or gold plated.
Products plated with a layer of rhodium or 18K gold.
Rhodium-plated products retain their original properties for a very long time. They do not darken or oxidize and are resistant to all kinds of discoloration. Visually, they are darker than the silver version and resemble white gold.
Gold plated silver is sterling silver with an 18K coating of gold, our products have two layers giving them a longer shelf life. 4µm (micrometer 0.0004mm)
Take care of your jewelry:
Plated jewelry is sensitive to moisture and water therefore avoid showering with the jewelry and take off the jewelry during the night and when exercising or playing sports. Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or in the box when not in use to keep it looking good for longer. If you need to polish your jewelry, use a polishing cloth and avoid polishes that contain abrasives as they can damage the plating.
